Electric Cooktop and Propane Stove: Tiny homes come with the 2 burner electric induction cooktop. You can upgrade to the Furrion Propane Range Stove with Oven for an additional $1,900. This requires running propane gas lines. If you have already chosen to upgrade please make your choice of color. Note: Availability of colors may vary, so you might not get the exact one.

Range Hood: Your home comes with a 24" DUCTLESS range hood included which you can choose in black, white or stainless steel, but you can upgrade to a DUCTED range hood, which requires adding a duct vent and a cabinet above for exterior ventilation for $900, or a microwave range hood for $1600. Color and brand availability may vary.

You can upgrade to a VENTED washer/dryer combo for $2200 or the Splendide stackable washer and dryer (VENTED) for $2,600. Note: The washer/dryer combo goes under the kitchen counter. The stackable washer and dryer can be placed in the restroom if you upgrade to the rearrangeable restroom ** Please note that if you are wanting to choose a different model/brand the unit(s) have to be 120V. The tiny home is rated for 50 amps and all appliances must be 110/120V, choosing something that is 240V will NOT work.

All washer / dryer options must be 120 volts.

Water Heater

Your home comes equipped with a 10 gallon electric water heater, stored underneath your sink, which is good for a 10-15 minute shower. If you would like on-demand hot water that lasts as long as you want, you can upgrade to a propane tankless water heater for $1900. Upgrade includes the unit, running the gas lines, and installation. If you don't want to deal with propane but want something bigger, you can also upgrade to a 20 gal. electric water heater, which comes with an exterior wood storage to hold the water heater for $1,900. If you plan to rent or AirBnB the tiny home, we recommend that you upgrade. **Please note propane tankless water heater color, and brand may differ, depending on what is available at the time.
