Stair steps: Steps will be varnished with a wood stain. You can choose the color varnish you want by going online or going to the store. Go to http://www.homedepot.com and search "Varathane wood stain." Please include the color and SKU # or copy and paste the link to your choice.

The washer/dryer combo goes under the kitchen counter. The stackable washer and dryer goes next to the refrigerator (or in the restroom if you upgrade to a bigger restroom). All units must be 110/120V — 240V will NOT work with the 50 amp system.

Your home comes with a 10 gal electric water heater stored under the sink — good for a 10–15 min shower. Upgrade to a propane tankless for on-demand hot water ($1,900 — includes unit, gas lines & installation), or a 20 gal electric with exterior wood storage ($1,900). If you plan to rent or AirBnB the home, we recommend upgrading. Note: propane tankless color and brand may vary depending on availability.

Our standard restrooms come with a 36"×36" shower. If you are interested in a little more space, we have several options to choose from. We can add a bathtub, or do bigger showers, or you can also extend the restroom to 5' with a regular shower, and have additional space to put a closet or add your washer/dryer in there. Getting a bigger restroom means you can also get a bigger sink and vanity.
