Where to Park Your THOW – Pacifica Tiny Homes

Regulations Guide

Our tiny homes are RV-certified, meaning they're allowed in areas where RVs are permitted. We always recommend doing your due diligence and reaching out to your city's planning department to confirm if an RV-certified tiny home on wheels can be placed on your property.

Below is a list of cities and counties where tiny homes on wheels are currently allowed. It's always best to double-check local regulations to make sure everything checks out.

💡

Always verify locally. Regulations change frequently. Contact your city or county planning department before making any decisions based on this list.
