Pacifica Tiny Homes is the first tiny home company to have their tiny home plans be approved and certified through the State of California! They can be used as legal ADU's and are factory built tiny homes. The accessory dwelling unit (ADU) has its own kitchen, restroom, living area and a separate entrance. An ADU will be built as a stand-alone unit, but it generally will make use of the water and energy connections of the primary house.
When you buy a tiny house from Pacifica Tiny Homes, we will provide you with our guidance for a successful ADU approval, and a package to submit to your local Planning Department which includes: plot plan designing and submittal, tiny house architectural drawings, corrections, and CA ADU inspection fee and insignia. If corrections are required, we will make the necessary corrections and communicate with the Planning Department.

Our standard models and pricing start at $129,900 for an 18 ft. long ADU and are 8'-4" wide. ADU come in even sizes only, and can be ordered up to 30 ft. long. The following are the starting prices for each size.
