They can be used as legal ADU’s( Secondary Dwelling Unit) and are factory built tiny homes. These units come with a kitchen, restroom, living area, and bedroom. So if you are looking to add a unit on your property for guests or family, this is the perfect choice for you!

ADU Services
If you would like to purchase the unit, you will be working with one of our agents throughout the process, but if you are competent and feel that you can take care of the permitting process and the rest of the package with your city, let us know! When you buy an ADU tiny house from Pacifica Tiny Homes, we will submit a package to your local Planning Department which includes: plot plan designing and submittal, tiny house architectural drawings, corrections, and CA ADU inspection fee and insignia. From the permits, plan approval, building, to final inspection. Leave all the work to us!
Not Included:

For cities that have passed an ordinance allowing Tiny Homes on Wheels, but require a permit process, we offer the following package.
Pricing is as follows:
Standard RV price + $23,000 ADU fees
Includes the following:
1. Plot plans
2. Plan submittal and approval
3. City Checklist
4. Utilities (water, electrical, sewer)
* Does not include permit fees (paid separate by customer), DMV registration, and concrete pad as it depends on the city checklist.
